Before submitting a commission request, please make sure to read through the Do’s and Don’ts as well as the full Terms of Service. By sending the confirmation code at the end, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms. Thank you!

TERMS OF SERVICE !ೃ‧₊›

I. GENERAL GUIDELINES
○ Be sure if you want a comission.
○ The artist reserves the right to decline any request for any reason.
○ The artist can use the commission as a sample.
○ Commissions are for personal use only. (e.g. pfp)
○ Credit must always be given when reposting or using the artwork.
○ Do not claim the artwork as your own, edit, or trace it.II. PAYMENT
○ Pay 50% as downpayment after the artist confirms the client's art commission request.
○ Pay the remaining 50% once the artist has sent the finished commission.
○ MODE OF PAYMENT: Paypal, GCash, Maya
○ Prices may vary depending on the complexity and additional requests. View Price ListIII. PROCESS
○ Client must send references and discriptions that are needed for the art comission via DMs.
○ Client must send preferred digital canvas ratio. (e.g., 1:1, 4:3, 3:4)
○ Strictly no refunds/cancellations once the sketch has been provided.
○ After the client receives the sketch, they are allowed of one (1) FREE revision, additional revisions will have additional charges.
○ TURN AROUND TIME: 1-3 weeks, as the artist is a nursing student.
○ The artist will give the client an update via DMs, and will notify the client of any delays due to unforseen circumstances.
○ Once the artwork is finished, the artist will send the finished art commission via DMs or the client's provided email.IV. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
○ All personal information provided by the client (e.g., name, email, and contact number) will be kept strictly confidential and used only for communication and delivery purposes.
○ The artist's personal details (e.g., name, email, and contact number) must also be respected and must not be shared, reposted, or disclosed to anyone.
○ Both parties are expected to maintain mutual privacy and respect throughout the commission process.
○ Clients may request for their commissioned artwork to remain private or anonymous (i.e., not posted publicly or credited by name).V. CONFIRMATION CODE
